Herbal Tea Blend: Relax and Blossom

Herbal Tea Blend: Relax and Blossom

This week, I want to share with you two of my herbal tea blends that I love and enjoy very much. The first one is called “Relax & Blossom.”

Life can sometimes be demanding. Also, all the changes that have been happening in the world and their ripples coming into our day to day life, I feel more than ever the importance of taking care of my nervous system to maintain the balanced state. This tea has many herbs that are a great support for stress and imbalance in the nervous system. Its calming and nurturing effects work gently and deeply.

Some of you might feel inclined to use this for bedtime tea (which I will introduce in my next article) due to its calming effects. For me, this blend doesn’t put me into a sleepy state because it is also combined with the herbs that beautifully open up the energy, uplift the heart and spirit, and support energy flow.

I love drinking this tea in the morning. When I open the tin of this herbal blend, I inhale deeply, and the fresh flowery aroma wraps me with beauty. Lavender, rose, and linden. They are some of my favorite smells. The tea is gentle, fragrant, delicious, and softly uplifting. Especially on a foggy or cloudy morning when the energy and atmosphere have some moist heaviness, it brightens my spirit up in a kindly manner and embraces me with positive energy to gradually navigate myself to flow into the new day.

Ingredients and benefits

Here are the herbs that I use. It is simple, as I blend everything in an equal amount.

  • Ashwagandha
  • Lavender
  • Lemon balm
  • Linden
  • Mint
  • Oat straw
  • Rose

Ashwagandha, lavender, linden, oat straw, as well as lemon balm are wonderful helpers for relaxing and calming our nervous system, as well as soothing the stress and anxiety to realign ourselves. Ashwagandha has not only the calming effect, but also it increases our vitality and energy. Oat straw is also known as a nutrient herb which is rich in calcium, potassium, iron, vitamin A, and vitamin C. It is also high in anti-oxidants. Another anti-oxidant herb is rose, which is also high in vitamin C. As we experience through inhaling its aroma, the rose uplifts our spirit, embraces our heart, and it also promotes the circulation in our body. The mint is bringing refreshment to our body and mind. It also supports our digestive system together with lemon balm, linden, as well as rose. And it supports the flow of energy.

I hope you will also enjoy this tea. Next tea I am going to introduce is our bedtime tea, called “Peaceful Sleep.”
